Steam Launched Spring Cleaning Event (What you need to know)

Steam Launches a new Event that has a unique gimmick, The Gimmick is actually pretty good for gamers who have lots of games in their Steam Libraries but never played some or usually most of them.

Admit it, we gamers sometimes buy a game but only that game are being kept on our Steam Libraries because we don't have time to play or maybe download that newly bought game due to the fact that you love playing a single game and leaves you not trying other games.

Well, The Main Reason for the Spring Cleaning Event is that Steam wants you to try other games from your Steam Libraries. Doing So earns you a Unique Badge only available during the time of the Event.

The Tasks are Simple, you only need to:

1. Choose a Task or Project

Complete Daily Tasks to Level Up your Trophy. 

Steam also allows Steam Users to play Several Paid Games for free During the Event, Steam Chooses the Free Games available for you to Try for a limited time and there are new games to try everyday, also Steam will give you some game suggestions to play as part of upgrading your badge.

Steam will also have you try an unplayed game in your steam library in order for you to earn an upgrade for your badge.

2. Play a Qualifying Game

Qualified Games will be chosen by Steam and will be focused more on unplayed games or even the not installed ones on your library so better ready your internet connection if you really want to achieve the badge from this unique event because you'll be downloading games you haven't played before and in some cases, it may require you to download more than 10gb worth of game files for a single game.

3. Earn Trophies and a Profile Badge 

You only need to Accomplish 5 trophies (from 6 trophies) to unlock the Badge from this Event.

Here are the six trophies you can accomplish during the event, and the event will run on may 24 till may 28 at 2pm PDT only, Such small time so hurry now and accomplish the Projects if you are really eager enough to earn the said unique Badge.
